It makes me a better wife, mother, friend and employee. It empowers me to try new things and helps me deal with life's stresses and challenges. Fun and energetic; tough but motivating! Maintaining a healthy lifestyle takes a lot of work but it is going to make your life more fulfilling. The rewards are worth it!
