What is The Innate Lifestyle Program?
It is a step-by-step, 3 month lifestyle health education program that provides instruction, coaching and inspiration for WHAT to do, HOW to do it, and HOW to EMPOWER YOURSELF to do it - EASILY, GRADUALLY AND COMFORTABLY.
It is the first program in history based on the science of determining the eating, moving, and thinking lifestyle patterns that match the human genetic requirements for wellness and prevention.

It is NOT "All or Nothing"!
You will attend two workshops per month on the first and third Tuesday's at 6:30pm. Workshops will provide education, support and everything you need to be successful with the program!
Receive two comprehensive health assessments including an initial assessment to provide a benchmark for your current state of health. You are then assessed at the conclusion of the third month to see all your changes and results. In addition:
- You will receive a 3-month Success Journal Booklet to follow and record your daily successes! An online workbook is optional to track your progress and receive instant feedback and encouragement.
- Receive email tips and inspirational support plus full access to the resource section containing recommended food choices, recipe ideas, cooking instructions, shopping instructions, exercise plans, exercise demonstrations, healthy thinking exercises, meditations and more.
- An optional Participant Support Package is available that includes an educational DVD and CD, exercise equipment .
